Meditation for Cholesterol
Meditation is a powerful way to naturally lower cholesterol levels in the body. When we increase our resistance to stress and anxiety through Beeja meditation, there will be far fewer hardened, damaged arteries for the cholesterol to stick to, so it passes easily through our system.
