Over three morning, afternoon, or evening sessions either live online or in person in London, all with Will Williams, our beginner's meditation course will teach you transformative techniques that will last a lifetime. These simple tools will help you to be the best that you can be, no matter what life throws at you.
Choose your preferred one hour slot on Day 1 of the course and then join the rest of the group for the fixed time sessions on Days 2 and 3. If you can't join all three sessions live we can provide recordings to view in your own time.
