Ease
One of the things people find most remarkable about this technique is how easy it is. We’ve taught many thousands of people from all walks of life, some complete novices, many who have dabbled, and some very advanced practitioners. They’re always really surprised just how easy the Beeja technique is.
Having your own personalised sound (mantra) that resonates with your particular nervous system to bring about powerful meditation with minimal effort makes a huge difference to how much you enjoy it, and how much you get out of it.
It doesn’t matter how busy your mind. Nor does it matter if you’ve tried meditation in the past and not really felt that you’ve succeeded. This technique can and does work for everyone. It’s a walk in the park, even 5 year olds can do it when trained by an expert teacher.
Anyone can learn. Everyone can benefit.
Efficacy
What makes this technique doubly unique is the incredible results you get with it. The depth of meditation one experiences means there are far more fundamental shifts within your mind, body, and nervous system than most other techniques.
Most importantly of all are the shifts that take place within your subconscious, which is where the vast majority of any stuck patterns, regressive tendencies and inner demons lurk. By having a personalised mantra that takes you to the very depths of your being, and helps you connect with the subtlest planes of existence, you get to feel totally revitalised while you’re system frees itself of all the muck that has been stopping you from living your best life. Things you might have been working on for years or decades begin dissolving, and things you have wished were different or improved start sorting themselves out with minimal fuss. In the words of one student, a former monk of 7 years:
“I’ve spent many years in India and have done a vast array of meditative practices in my life, some pretty serious that have involved sitting in mud huts on the banks of the Ganges for months on end, meditating for days and days in Himalayan caves and visiting various ashrams and doing intensive programs there. And none of them have managed to hit the same level of consciousness and depth that this technique does. It is a beautiful practice – it’s the real deal” Pete, Graphic Designer, London
Lasting Impact
The lovely thing about achieving such powerful hits of rest and deep experience is how much you’re able to draw upon those lovely meditative vibes throughout the rest of your day. So many times we’ve heard from people who report that whilst they’ve enjoyed whatever practise they’ve been doing, a few hours later it feels like they’re back to the way they were. It’s more like an escape portal than an engine of meaningful change.
By contrast, because this technique is super subtle, it means that rather than forcing yourself into an artificial state that cannot be maintained in day to day life, it just smoothes everything out so that you have all the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy you need to flow you through your day in a super effective way. It’s an absolute game changer.
Portability
Another super unique aspect of this technique is how well it works in the midst of the noise of modern living. You don’t need a quiet, dark space. You don’t need to sit in awkward positions, nor breathe or chant in ways that make it incompatible with public spaces. You can literally do it on the train, tube, bus or plane without anyone realising what you’re up to. When the weather is nice, a park bench is a gorgeous place to do it, even if there are lots of kids running around and laughing and playing. You can also do it in a busy coffee shop and in just about any place you can think of. The magic of the mantras is that they will work anywhere and that means you can fit it into your day and into your life confidently and consistently. And that makes it so much more sustainable than the vast majority of other practices, and that’s what helps to underpin the biggest and most profound results.
